Project Management services encompass all aspects of the supervision, management and control of building and civil engineering projects. We are happy to tailor the scope of services provided to the requirements of the Employer on any particular Project.
If requested, we can locate a suitable site, arrange for land acquisition, engage architectural and/or engineering consultants, provide quantity surveying, cost control and value engineering services and supervise the development of the entire project from inception to final completion.
Construction Management involves direct supervision of construction works including engagement of sub-contractors and suppliers for the execution of the construction works. PMG will provide such services in circumstances where it is impracticable or undesireable to engage a Main Contractor.
We can prepare and analyse critical path network construction schedules and we use time impact analysis to determine the impact of concurrent delays.
PMG can also provide risk analysis, project review and consultancy advice and improve the profitability, value and/or effectiveness of specific projects.
